REGISTRATION FEE

Standard registration rate:	$1,495 per person
Special rate for pension funds, endowments and foundations:	$ 495 per person

The Summit registration fee includes attendance at all plenary sessions, roundtable discussions, Tuesday and Wednesday evening cocktail receptions, continental breakfast, luncheon, networking refreshment breaks. The Summit registration fee does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

Please note: Admittance to the Tuesday and Wednesday evening networking cocktail receptions requires registration for the full conference. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Thank you.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Written cancellations received via e-mail at Registration@FalkMarquesGroup.com or telephone at +1 781.652.9610 through Monday, November 2, 2009 will receive a refund less a $300 administrative fee, per person. After that date, no refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Substitutions within a company may be arranged without additional charge as long as Falk Marques Group is notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted. Falk Marques Group is not responsible for cancellations that were never received. Please call to confirm receipt of any such requests.
